It is 1-Component Polymer Modified Powder, pre-mixed wih cement and other additives.

Application

It is used to bond Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) Board to a surface like concrete block, fiber cement board, and gypsum board.

It has excellent adhesion in most well prepared surface.

Full curng time 24-48 hours. Set to touch 2-4 hours. Note: Decorflex BC should be fully cured before the application of finish plaster coat.

Decorflex BC should set in 30 mins to 1 hour after application. Thus temperature and humidity are great factors affecing workability of the product.

Coverage

EPS application to a surface, approximately 4-6 sq. meter per 25kg-bag.

To embed fiberglass mesh to a surface, approximately 8-10 sq. meter per bag.

How to Use

• Stir gently before apply to the surface.

• Decorflex Fine Finish can be applied using trowel and float.

• Decorflex Fine Finish can be applied to a minimum thickness of 2mm per coat.

• It is necessary to organize work sequence properly, manpower, materials, and etc. in such large area.

• Decorflex Fine Finish may also be applied by spray.

• The surface should be clean, dr, and free from laitance.

• Apply fiber mesh directly to the base.
