Cementitious  Plaster for Interior and Exterior Surfaces

Render Plas Mortar is cement based filling and leveling plasterfor interior and exterior walls and concrete surfaces. It is a better and faster alternative to conventional plastering materials and techniques. It helps to correct concrete surface imperfections.  Render Plas Mortar consists of high grade sand aggregates, finely crushed white marble and other additives.

Application

Render Plas Mortar is a standard grade, gray color cementitious plaster and repair mortar. Render Plas Mortar leaves a smooth surface and is great for plastering on cast and overhead surfaces, columns and beams. Application thickness can be varied from 1 to 4mm. Can be applied in two coats for an even smoother finish and texture.

How to Use

• Clean surface and ensure that it is free from dust, oil, paint, or grease.

• Pre-wet surface to be applied thoroughly

• Add clean water to Render Plas Mortar 1P in a suitable mixing vessel or container and mix until a smooth lump-free consistency is obtained.

• Apply evenly on surface with a trowel or spatula.

• Dries in 15 to 30 minutes (varies with climate and weather condition).

• Allow 7 days curing (depending on the thickness & weather condition) before application of paint or coating.

• Level off or smooth out with a wet steel trowel to achieve the smooth surface desired.
